Yessss love this set! I still need to watch the actual Hilda but this is a good introduction! The show itself is very cute and Twig is just the best. As for her set, I am glad every move's got some supernatural angle or summon. She's mostly letting her paranormal friends to deal damage and that bike attack was super unique! Final Smash was rather simple, but also the idea of summoning a giant raven with thunder powers is awesome. The outro was also pretty funny and I like that the ending is left ambiguous in terms of who is next. Also, really appreciate the Moomintroll cameo.

I started watching Hilda after you put her in the roster, so finally seeing her moveset has some kind of closure for me. I love how you made the Lawl formula your own creating the Playstyle Origin in the end, since now I watch your movesets as if they were enigmas. For example, I guessed Hilda's playstyle would be every attack relying on some creature or magic object. Not only they are well thought and explained, but I find amazingly hard showing that many possibilities without spoiling the episodes. These clips would hype me to watch the show if I hadn't yet! The rivalry with Dipper is also very creative and I love how their interactions show their different approaches at solving mysteries. Hilda is kind of like if Dipper and Mabel were a single character, so I find amusing that he would be kind of irritated at Hilda. Now I would really love to se a FIGHT, FIGHT, between Bipper and Genocide Hilda from that infamous fanart.

At last she's made it! Haven't gotten around to watch Hilda, but the moveset was still fun. I honestly don't have that much to say about this one since like I said, I haven't seen Hilda. FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!

I could imagine Hilda being a perfect moveset to come out in Fall/October. What with her show’s Autumn like color palette and the theming of it. But just having her moveset out now is so nice, plus I can imagine/hope you already have plans for the spookiest time of year. Maybe of the paranormal or supernatural kind or even a mix of both. But yeah, Hilda was a fantastic and fun moveset Skap. Overall her kit feels like a solid mix of easy to learn while having some variety to it. I can appreciate a moveset that gives me things I can goof around with, and her bike feels it’d provide just that. Plus who wouldn’t want a foxdeer or flying wolf ball of their own. There’s just such a charm and warmth to her kit. Even when Hilda surrounds herself with the chilly spirits of the deceased (also a ghost wrestler… I didn’t have anything to add. That's just a really cool thing to be able to call out. Gosh I should watch Hilda). Combine that with a really flashy Final Smash and you’ve got a truly terrific character to try. Glad to see the girl who befriended Bigfoot in Nova at last get her due. I can really tell you deeply admire Hilda (the show and character), and that carries over to her moveset well. From her trying to understand the mythical creatures and beings in her life, translating to knowing when to call them to her aide very nicely. It’s crazy to think we’re almost at the end of an era with Nova. Though I know we still have a town run amok by spirits and an old yet sentimental swamp to visit before this Lawls next adventure can proceed.

Despite not getting into watching Hilda this was still a great moveset! I really like the creative ways Hilda’s moveset takes advantage of the creative supernatural craziness in his series, which is also what Hilda does in her series based off what I’ve seen, so the faithfulness in both the moves and playstyle is on point! I really liked all the extra functions on all the seemingly simple moves to really make them stand out and give Hilda a variety of options, with the Side Special being my favorite, given all of the options it has and how fun it looks to plan on which to use at the right time. The Animation looks really good and smooth in multiple areas, and the rival cutscene reasonably established the rivalry between Dipper and Hilda so well to cap things off. If Kermit is next based on what the outro may be hinting, I’m really excited for him, and I really enjoyed the moveset we got now. Great work and Good luck on future videos Skap!

While I’m more of a casual Hilda fan, this was still a great moveset. I like the idea of Hilda being more of a simple all-rounder who’s great for beginners who uses the help of her companions like Twig and the ghosts to deliver some great damage. And it was cool seeing her rival cutscene with Dipper (a rivalry that makes perfect sense) and the ending. Hoping that Kermit is next, but I imagine Isabella will be the likely candidate given her source material is relatively shorter.

Once again I am somehow early to a Lawl thing......did KZbin fix their notifications? Anyways this set was cool. A little basic, but that fits Hilda as a show since she needs to be versatile and having a deliberately simple character for new players is always a good idea. However what I like most about this set is that despite being simple, Hilda manages to still be a unique character. Whether it's the Deer Fox with multiple utilities, her various ghost pals acting as a good defense or offense, or the Woofers and how they can be used as both a recovery and a projectile. This in turn actually makes Hilda a better designed all-rounder than all of them in Smash currently, who save for Pit, end up just being rushdown characters underneath that allround mask. While with Hilda, you're encouraged to use her tools creatively to either rush in, zone out, help off stage, etc. This is a super balanced kit and I love how Hilda was translated over. Not topping Koichi and Reddy for me, but this is easily in my top 5. I may not be a Hilda fan (I need to get to it), but this set truly did her justice! One suggestion for normals though would be to make a couple of them be more incidental. It seems like Hilda as a show is more pacifistic so it would probably fit better, especially given the specials. Anyways, to show this set to those who actually have seen the source material, aka my friends!

Hilda's inclusion in the roster is what made me learn about the series and made me curious to check it out, so needless to say I was curious about how you would handle her. It was a pretty nice set, I like how Twig is incorporated not only as a special but also in her taunts and victory options (also glad this set made people in the Lawl community recognize Twig as best boy lol), the up special was a no brainer that was done nicely as well (the rare white woff was clever) and the bike was an interesting choice that I did not expect but still feels fitting. Also like how you were able to include the most relevant creatures on the show in some shape or form, even if small: the Maras, the Trolls, the Ghosts, the Woffs, the Nisse, the Raven, even the Witches thanks to the rats in her up taunt (too bad Alfur doesn't appear, guess he wasn't able to make the Nova roster sign the paperwork, but at least we have a tiny house in the victory options to represent the elfs). Overall a great set.

I may not seen Hilda, but I really think this is an amazing moveset. I just like how wonderfully creative her world seems to be and I believe this moveset does take advantage from that. Good Job! 👍 (Also its coincidental that the day this video uploaded happens to be my b-day)
