Kid Icarus had some epic animated shorts, including one for Smash Bros IV, any of which could be used for Palutena.

Today, all of these character designs are refined and familiar to everyone throughout years of material, which is really interesting because back in the day, none of these animators knew how these gaming characters should be drawn. The only thing to base the designs off of were a few tiny pixels from the game itself, and concept art (and if you are lucky maybe some promotional art, which another artist would have had to do with a vague designs)
