Coconut Palm Sugar Sago Kuih / Gula Melaka Sago Kueh is a traditional dessert in southeast Asia. It's sweet, soft and chewy with coconut flavor. No egg vegan dessert recipe.

160 g (1 cup) sago pearls
80-100 g (± 1/2 cup) Palm sugar / Gula Melaka
120 ml (1/2 cup) coconut milk
1/8 tsp salt
25 g (1/3 cup) desiccated coconut
15 g (3 Tbsp) desiccated coconut
