You should try and review this routine: shampoo, conditioner, soft and beautiful botanicals Deep Conditioning repair Masque as a leave in moisturizer, and seal with blue magic indian hemp. This has completely ended any issues i had with shed hair causing matting. Sometimes i put fresh aloe plant gel on my hair after my leave in, then apply grease. I then braid my hair for 1-2 weeks before redoing as protective style. i retain amazing length
