Super Spring Retainer w/ Helical Loops (Long Version)

Today I bend a super spring tooth aligner. The difference in this one is the doctor wants me to add helical coils to the mushroom spring behind the anterior to add more flexibility to the wire.
The laterals were misaligned lingually, I reset them before I began bending the wires.
This is the longer version of the video, where I explain the reason for bending the labial bow and soldered c first before I bend the mushroom spring. Skip to the 3:15 mark to just see the Mushroom spring bending.
