You could interpolate this to "Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer", leaving the little freakout measure at the end of each stanza intact. In a way, I feel the context of the Rudolph song is fitting for Blanka, considering that a glowing red light bulb nose does require electricity.

funny thing: in the 3ds version, blankas actually can be the cheapest character. mainly cuz of his "rolling attack" could be spammed and opponents have little to no chance to hit him. got several perfects that way. not even akuma's that cheap.
