That repair guy's eyes are off scale @ 21:00 , and not even by a little bit! Those eyes are freakishly off scale! How did no one notice this?! How could it have got a pass in design? This has to be the point where they realized they fucked up and they didn't have to try anymore. Also that puzzle door with it's puzzle piece right in front of it suggests they went through designing the whole level, got to the end, figured they needed to place the item somewhere in the world but got lazy and just edited the last bit of the map for a spot!

It's a Taurus PT-92, literally a Beretta 92F knock-off. People prefer the PT over the 92F because the safety and mechanism switches are all on the base, whereas the 92F has all that stuff on the slide which many people seem to complain about. Anyway, love the Silent Hill videos, I wish you guys would play more, or that you'd play Devil May Cry all the way through.

Since they brought up Pawn Stars, I want to say that I also find their prices ridiculous. I've seen a couple episodes where they have an expert examine what's being pawned, and he'll say "I'd say it's worth $5,000 at least!" and the guy running the pawn shop says "I'll give you $3,000 for it."There was also an episode where the expert says "I'd say it's worth $2,000 at best." So the guy pawning it says "I want $2,500 for it." and the guy running the pawn shop says "But he said it's only worth $2,000, come on!... I'll give you $1,200 for it!"Personally, if I was pawning something on that show, I'd stick with the price the expert gave, write the expert's name down, and if the guy isn't willing to pay that, then I'll go to a different pawnshop and tell them the price that expert gave me!

The point of a pawn shop is that people selling things there are desperate for money. If they weren't desperate for money, they'd put their item up for auction where they'd have a chance to make even more from the item. If you are that desperate for money that you're willing to sell an heirloom, then you're pretty much guaranteed to be willing to take less than its actually worth. No pawn shop will ever give you what an objects actual worth is.

Wow, I can't find any redeeming qualities in this game. I mean, it's like a checklist of bad choices in game design. Even the personalities of NPCs are both unpleasant and inconsistent. In that cutscene with Elle (at least I think that was her name? I can't stand this game enough to watch any part of it a second time, not even to fact check), she seemed happy to see Alex (again, unsure of the name), but then you talk to her after the cutscene and she essentially tells you to fuck off. Homecoming managed to do something no other game's ever done: make me hope that every main character dies.

I really like the Smog monster from this game. There is a little tiny strategy to fight them, which differentiates them as another hit point sponge. While it is similar to the Lying Figure in that its arms are fused to its body, this is done in the way that its hands are around it's throat/face as though it cannot breathe.
