Billy, it's fine. Lungs grow back. SPOOKY SUPERNATURAL TRIVIA: Australian mythology mentions a large creature referred to as the Bunyip. Its origin stem from a guy named Bunyip eating his totem spirit animal and was cursed to become the creature its known today. It's very similar to the Nue in that nobody is sure on how it really looks like outside of its preference for living in the water. Description varies of its form. Sometimes it's a giant starfish. Sometimes it's a mishmash chimera creature with a dog-like face, a crocodile head, dark fur a horse-esque tail, walrus-like tusks and/or horns and a duck like bill. Sometimes it's described as a prehistoric marsupial. Other times it's been mistaken for a manatee or a hippo. Or they're just seals. The Bunyip is used as a sort of boogeyman, as they attack children and women most of the time. It attacks livestock as well. Chimeras are universal.

I remember that's when me and my friends called it a night when playing till seven in the morning one night. Speaking of "weird" old PC shooters: I'd absolutely love it if you guys played Nosferatu: The Wrath of Malachi some time (next shitstorm mayhaps?). It's a weird European vampire game with ghosts, zombies, riflemen, fencing, gunslinging, missing family members, weaponized holy water... I fucking love it! I'm sure it could provide some good laughs, and some legit scares as well (at least if playing late at night). They released it on GOG a couple of years ago for like five bucks, so it's not hard to get your hands on either these days.

GASP! Pat knows how to compare mansions to something other than the Spencer Estate! Why was mirror tech so much better back then than it is today? It's just embarrassing.
Character models and animations used to take up a smaller share of the overall hardware demand. Also, I'm pretty sure what Pat says about a foyer's design relies entirely on the way the staircase is set up, regardless of the rest of the room.

I remember reading about this in a magazine a long time ago, looked neat then. I'll probably catch some shit for this, but I actually really liked clive barker's Jericho. It's not a perfect game, but I really enjoyed the story, setting, and characters. The AI was a bit dodgy, and some fights lasted a bit overlong, but it had a lot of originality. I also really liked the mechanic of jumping from character to character on the fly, being able to use each character's abilities as you needed them.
