Perfect showcasing of another technique often ignored by many Western practitioners of mT and MMA. the front teep and side teep are also cardinal techniques of Karate and Taekwondo. The important aspect here is how Superbon depicts a perfect execution: fast charging of the knee, explosive deploy of the abdominal muscle, and hip flexors followed often by side exit or jumping knee ( I love how he keeps it slightly oblique btw).
