I didn't really realize the point of this song until I analyzed it... it's a love song about a girl that thinks back on the past, realizing that she has fallen in love, and gains the courage to say it :) beautifully conveyed

Drewge Liang She is so wonderful. I sometimes make loving but unwatched "manga music videos" (MMVs) and have made three with Nagi/Supercell songs. It's kind of embarrassing, really, kind of lazy, like "add water, get God."

+Mousy Saint No, that is incorrect. You just described a musical score, not a song. A song is music including the voice as part of it. If you ignore one you ignore half of the whole. I can't begin to imagine how one could even do this (some sort of meditation?) but I can agree insofar as this would indeed be terribly disappointing -- just not for the reason you imply. Music of this nature is never intended to stand alone. It's like listening to music with at least one lead instrument curiously absent. It will even _FEEL_ wrong...

I think the Good Bye Memories and Kimino Shiranai Monogatari are the best sister song. In Good Bye Memories, she told her feelings at the end and sounds very satisfied even without hearing the answer. In contrast, in Kimino Shiranai Monogatari, she still seems to regret her "secret feeling" long time ago. The simple but big choice at a critical time point entirely shaped the following two distinct world lines. I am being impressed by this contrast 10 years after I first met this song by looking back my choices I have made.
