Will try this next lower body session. If I’m wanting to strengthen that part of my body, would it be better to start my session with it or finish ?

Can’t squat, sumo deadlift, even Jefferson squat without suffering a groin strain several days later. The pain goes from the top to the bottom of my adductor then clears up on its own after about a week. How often would you recommend doing groin strengthening exercises per week, and how long should I do them before even thinking about squatting again?
