Try Trader Joe's freeze dried fruit or Whole Foods has freeze dried fruit too! Raspberry would be good too!

A nice tip would be to use a toothpick to get them out of the chocolate let them rip off and then put on to your pan that would be less waste

Hi Tara .... not sure if you read your comments or not, but I wanted to tell you something. I hadn't made fudge in YEARS! I saw your many fudge recipe videos, and thought I would try. I did choc chips, 1 cup of peanut butter, and one can of FAT FREE sweetened condensed milk. OH MY WORD! You would never know in a million years that the sw cd milk is fat free. It is so amazing. I just wanted you to share that with viewers who may be looking to cut some of the fat out of the dessert ...... and you'd never know it's not the regular. It is scrumptious! Thank you ..... I tried it with pb chips too .... same thing, and absolutely delicious! I love your videos and look forward to them so much. You're fun to watch, and so knowledgeable.
