Why would you want a gap between your foot and the arch support wouldn't this mean that you are not actually receiving support from the insole? I have bought superfeet Green and can't feel the arch support at all when I'm walking so it doesn't seem to be serving any purpose

I have Superfeet green for arch support insoles and they are not comfortable. Is there any way to break them in? I have worn my insoles for at least 48 hours (12 hour shifts) and they still aren't comfortable.

Hi Christina, Sorry for the delay in response! For most insoles we do recommend wearing them for a couple hours at a time as they break in and become for flexible. There is definitely a breaking in period that could be up to a week depending on how rigid your insole is. I would continue wearing them on and off every day, two hours on, two hours off. If they still don't feel right after a week I would reevaluate if those are the correct insoles for your feet (there are so many to choose from!).
