The stock markets dividends motivated me to start investing. What counts in my opinion is that you will be able to live off dividends without selling if you invest and make more money in addition to payouts. It suggests that you can give your children that advantage giving them a head start in life. I’ve invested more than $400k throughout the years in dividends stocks, I’m still buying more today and will keep doing so until the price drops even further.

Munger and Buffett have both achieved an incredible feat with Berkshire. They've turned thousands to billions, and have made a lot of people wealthy in the process. I really saw the potential of the stock market by reading Berkshire's annual letters. I recently sold my $674k apartment in the Bel Air area and I'm hoping to throw it into the stock market. I just don't want to lose everything.

There was a large market crash after covid .. major stocks such as apple, Tesla, Amazon crashed from $2000 a share to less than $200 a share.. if you do invest in the market right now , expect patience and that these stocks will rise again but it will take time . Majority of the market are growth stocks right now

Interesting that he says "consumer" type businesses don't require much capital

Well look at Apple. It started in a garage. No rent. Mostly volunteers right at the beginning. They only needed capital to buy supplies for the first 100 or so units. Then they made some sales and grew with that money., rinse and repeat millions of times. Compare that to something like SpaceX. It needed 10’s of millions of dollars just to get off the ground, literally. It nearly broke Elon Musk, who was nowhere near billionaire at the time. It only survived because it won a government contract from NASA. Some businesses need to spend an enormous amount of money before they earn their first dollar. Consumer products are usually not like that. Usually they can start small and grow naturally from the sales.

Consumer business is not confined to supermarket type of business. APPLE is a consumer business and doesn’t need much capital to operate. All R&D are expensed, and they use cellular provider as sales channel, so they don’t have to invest in many hard assets to sell.

Anyone who posts a comment like this is simply too dumb to succeed at investing. Lol do you think Apple’s success is the result of a “secret meeting” ? It’s successful because it appealed to condumers You can’t just make people buy your iphones just because you had a secret meeting with Barack Obummer 20 years ago😂😂 Do you even have 2 IQ? Insider info can only help you for short term changes Like how nancy pelosi knew about nvidia’s surge

Don't hold your breath waiting for capitalists to do something nice for you. Most likely it will be that Amazon starts delivering to Malaysia or some similar firm. Bookstores will go bankrupt and the warehouses will be awful places to work. But you will be able to get almost any non-rare book.
Good luck with that! I would do more than comment on a video that he will never watch.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I needed a good boost to stay afloat, hence I engaged the services of a true market strategist to help rejuvenate my $700k portfolio and boost performance and returns by 40% in a little over four years.
