Nice review. I got all the G1 combiners, except for the Protectobots when I was a kid, and still have them 30 years later. If I remember correctly, Optimus put Silverbolt in charge so that he'd be too busy worrying about the other Aerialbots, instead of his fear of heights.

***** Yeah, probably my fav eps from Season 2..mainly because of the Stunticons. :D And anyone who owns Silverbolt, be VERY careful cleaning that gold chrome!!! I cleaned some of it OFF, and I was just using dish soap. :(

Also Silverbolt is the most responsible one of the group. That is another reason why Prime chose him to lead.

These little guys are cool, i had a friend who had them and i enjoyed them, i need to get my hands on them again along with TFC's Uranos, I know it has issues but they don't bother me too much, anyways, great review as always

I remember seeing one episode of the G1 cartoon where Superion was trapped under a pile of rocks and was about to get smashed by Menasor until Omega Supreme intervened. I must admit though, Superion did give Menasor a good thrashing up until that point.

I bought 2 weeks ago G1 "SUPERION" ^.^ and "MENASOR" ^.^ Yah! p.s super Starter bio on each character (i giggled at Silverbolts backstory)

Wow, I just got this guy whole, and went to transform him. Everything works, but the gun doesn't even look like it was made for these hands- no amount of jamming will get the big gun into the fists, and the holes are too big for the little peg of the gun. Did I get the wrong hands with this guy or something? Everything else works fine. Any help is appreciated.

PS glad to see that the red guy's nosecone is never "intended" to fit perfectly- I couldn't get mine to go flat, either.

The fist-hole is too loose only for the "little peg" of the gun- the big peg won't even come close to fitting in- it's too wide to fit into the fist-hole.
