So you are just promoting a bike that you sell. Nothing wrong with that. Just don't mistake this as an actually a review.

These are stunning looking bikes. However, have you actually had this complete bike on a scale to verify the weight claim made in the thumbnail? I'm skeptical that even a size medium hits that claimed weight. Also, where in the United States can DT Swiss forks and shocks be serviced? Do you do it? Can they go to the HQ in Grand Junction? Sincere questions. Potential buyer. Please reply.

Yes we have weighed them! Wendy rides a small, so 22 is not out of reach for her bike to weigh. Even the trail models come in at about 27 lb for a size large. They’re light bikes! Any local DT Swiss dealer should be able to service your suspension. Hope this helps! Cheers!

The clean minimalistic aesthetics look amazing. Just out of curiosity, what is the weight limit on the carbon frames?
@oceanedetotesАй бұрын
there is no weight limit for carbon frame ? But for a 29 full suspension carbon, the lighest like in XC world cup are 9.75kg with pedals. And for just the fram and rear damper it is 1.75kg
@J.William78Ай бұрын
@@oceanedetotes Thats really good to know. At 130 kg i thought id best check. Cheers 4 the info.

@@oceanedetotesthat can't be true because at some point carbon will fail.
@oceanedetotes5 күн бұрын
@@aaron___6014 The weight depends of the quality of fiber and the quality of resin and the production process. For bikes frames it is considered as cheap carbon fiber and resin compared to what is possible for military usecases. So you won't know what is the weight limit, but for exemple the frame of the road bike Specialized Aethos 2 weights just 540g

Eww. Superior has their own ebike version and it is pimped out.

Sweet bike. It looks like Superior makes a SRAM AXS version of this bike as well. When will you be adding this to your stock?

Glad you think so! We haven’t heard about adding that one to our lineup. May or may not happen.

Agree. That looks like the 1 downside to this bike. Pressfit BBs don't belong on MTBs.

not affordable at all, expensive

For an XC bike of that spec it's very good value. If you disagree, give an example of an xc race bike with better affordability at the same spec?
@hoigizghoigizg64085 ай бұрын
@@rip.tear. it indeed is good value but its nowhere near to be affordable
@bikesonline5 ай бұрын
It's all relative - for the shopper considering an S-Works MTB with an equivalent spec sheet, they would certainly call this affordable.
@rip.tear.4 ай бұрын
@@hoigizghoigizg6408 affordable means inexpensive or good value, expensive means it’s of a price that is higher than its intrinsic value. The natural/intrinsic value of a bike this spec is much higher than what superior are charging.

@hoigizghoigizg6408 Affordability is a relative term. Some people can't afford a $400 Walmart bike.
