Now THIS is women's Empowerment! I needed to hear this! Just had girl group flip on me and I stood up for myself and was painted as the villain. And I'm embracing the villain label now.

Building your own pedestal is extremely important. If no one else exalts you, exalt yourself. A lot of other people can benefit from this. Instead of highlighting and embracing the negativity, focus on building community and positive affirmations. I love this community.

People need to realize that there will always be someone better than them no matter what, that’s just life. People need to understand that there are over seven billion people in the world; there is always going to be someone bigger, better looking, more intelligent, faster or stronger than you. Once I accepted that, I realized that there is no point on comparing myself with others, it’s just a waste of time. You really opened my eyes to humbling tactics and people pick and choose who they do it to Like I remember in sixth grade it would be this kid who always loved to dance but it would be some people telling that perosn to stop or that no one wants to see them dance and I’m like why are you so worried, why does the person dancing bother you so much. It really affected that persons self esteem and it sucks They would hate on the teachers pet who got straight As and honestly people should have no shame in being teachers pet, when you are on your teachers good side, that will open more opportunities

yup. i have no problem admitting when someone is better than me at a certain skill, at social climbing etc. and i also have no problem admitting to myself when i'm better than others at certain things as well. i'm never apologizing for it .
@Chocolatechocolate72245 ай бұрын
@@ExoticalsUnited exactly! There are some things that people are better at than me and some things that I’m better at than someone else and there is nothing wrong with admitting that. That doesn’t mean I think of myself as inferior or superior.

"With my frizzy head azz"😂...no fr. I've had to ask...why do you care? It's not your hair, but we all know that's the problem. When people used to tell me I think I'm better or "all that", I just agree. I never said it or even think about how I compare to others, but THEY recognized it for me. So thanks🤷🏽♀️. I'm "humble" enough not to bank solely on my beauty, I'm also not blind or confused.

I love how you transmute the energy and embrace it. I look at the world like this: This world started when I opened my eyes and will end when my eyes close. Dark femininity is knowing thyself, outside of all other entities. Validation in its highest form comes from within. All is mind and the universe is mental. I love this series. ❤ I'm thinking about creating a channel too.

43:19 EXACTLY! This right here. I've had to come to terms w/ what I was better than b/c growing up I was called "Miss America" often and not in a complimentary way smh, I was constantly called stuck up and I internalized it as something negative. Now, I understand the psychology behind what was said to me as an MGM woman. Ugly women love to make you feel lower, so they can move forward. Also, you dropped this video right when I woke up to prepare for work😂 thank you EU💯💯💯

Haha…I’ve been called conceited and stuck up since I was around 13 years old. Funny in the black community they usually only label you this way if you’re pretty and light skinned. If you’re not pretty you will just be labeled quiet, shy, antisocial etc. As I’ve gotten older throughout the years I’ve been called a Valley Girl, bougie etc I take it as a compliment that these people think I’m above them
@Hoosierontherun5 ай бұрын
My "negative" quality is my impatience... I don't have time to wait around so that makes everyone around me either hurry up and do what needs to be done or have me do it the way I want then it's my way or the highway.

It’s amazing how my identity has been so connected to my hair texture from “other”people in my community. It’s not even me, it’s annoying af. I did not realize how obsessed black people are with straighter/ curly-wavy hair textures.

Wow. Yes. I'm new & most of my comments are hate comments bc people are so afraid of beauty (or someone looking better than them), but this definitely gave me motivation to feed into the controversy and get to the bagggg

I’m really looking forward to this series because growing up I was alway called bossy and very bold for wanted more for myself. The comments were so bad that I had to dim myself and keep quiet. Since your channel came into myself, not only am I understanding more about my pretty privilege, I’ve started to embrace that bossy side the I hid from the world. I’m start to embrace a lot of features that I kept hidden. UE you are truly doing the good lord’s work with your content and I’ll be forever grateful. Great video and again Im looking for to the next video xoxo 💕!

I get bullied all the time at work! I have mentioned this before. It’s very bad. Today, I was looking darn good, with my makeup and outfit, and this lady I work closely with could not stand it. Tomorrow I will be looking completely fine as hell, and not making in apologies for it.

I wish I had this mindset when I was younger. I was always trying to be down to earth and sweet to people who were clearly beneath me and I have paid dearly for it. This is sage advice for young women.

😭😭😭😭 the commentary on this video was funny lmao 😭 what can you tell me of my Mom and my stepdad seen my 60 year old boyfriend treating me like a Princess and me being super Modest and always being proper and pretty they started talking about how i was raised and that they don’t care about high status persona they will Eat as how ever and how they what? i think they don’t like that i am actually always been Bounjee but i am also have a mixed of humbleness to me so why even bring that up? you’re so mad that i drink , smell and taste my wine and do it in front of you make you feel like i am Better??? Nothing to do with that but i let them be that’s why when you build yourself Socially you have to change your friend group , those friend group are putting themselves down with out you even done that in the first place , we put them on our level they don’t see themselves like that.
