Pretty sure its Metamorpho the way they seem to stretch & bend. Plus the prominent Stagg Industries logo in some shots as typically in modern interpretations Rex is transformed into Metamorpho as part of a clandestined project to create controllable super beings I think he's pointed at Superman post traumatic transformation & Superman has to fight him until he talks him down.

To be honest, I think he'll be portrayed minimalist, as more of the one that is already playing 4D chess, and doesn't need to put much physical action into it. This can be accomplished with tech, or predictive strategy. The Batman that is on a mission and already has thousands of contingency plans set in place.
