It’s just doesn’t match god of war, I mean the whole game is based on Norse and Greek mythology and then they’ll just add satan? I don’t think so. It’ll just ruin the story 2. I feel like even if they do it, a lot of people would get upset and I don’t think that Santa Monica would want all that trouble, you know? Maybe some Christians, some Muslims and some others. But I’m a Muslim so I can’t really speak for other religions. I mean the only reason I would get upset is bcz it just ruins the game. But this is my opinion, others might think differently about it.

@@coolboi3100 the bases is mythology in general. The devs have said that they want GOW to be set in a world where all religions are simultaneously true. The games make it clear that these arent the only two pantheons. So it in no way would actually ruin the game. Really the only issue here is probably the backlash you mentioned (which honestly may not be much of an issue considering game devs dont really care and put god and the devil in all kinds of things). Actually the only other issue I can see is trying to keep it different from Dante's inferno, which is literally just a game about Dante fighting demons, the seven sins, and satan in GOW fashion, and that game was fantastic.

Usually I'm a Thor fan (as much as I love GoW) but if we're talking MCU Thor, depending on what system of scaling you use for Kratos, Kratos should win pretty handily. Sure, if you're relying on shown feats only and not scaling to universal concepts and the like then MCU Thor had a chance and likely could even win his share. But if we're going deeper GoW lore and including all Kratos' higher end stuff (although not the obviously ridiculous things), then Thor isn't likely to win.

Thor is of god and giant ancestry. His mother was Fjorgyn, or "Jord" for a more English translation. She was of giant ancestry. She's not really an important figure.

Granted, from what I can recall of Norse mythology (not as well versed in this category as others, per say), there was some serious oddness about Frigga (Odin's wife) and Odr (Freya's husband). Some myths used them interchangeably, suggesting that Odr and Odin were the same God (there are a vast amount of similarities) and Frigga and Freya were the same. In which case, "Frigga" (Freya?) and Odin had two children, I believe, though neither were Thor. If this is what you were commenting on, "Frigga" (Freya?) would be Thor's stepmother, but unrelated. Their children, whom I cannot quite recall atm, would be Thor's half-brothers.
