Batman wouldn't be able to lay a finger on Spider-Man, without somehow compromising his Spider-Sense. Spidey's too fast, too strong and his reflexes too quick for Bats to hit him, and with his Spidey-Sense in play, it would be all but impossible for a normal human to lay a hand on Spidey, unless he wanted them to. I mean, the guy dodges machine gun fire for breakfast, and a punch, kick or Batarang moves MUCH slower than that! 😄
