I didn't even realize I've seen this before, I was born in 90 and didn't get to read a lot of comics, but I remember seeing weird comic covers and being like "wtf is this, a prank?" Now I realize it literally was a prank, just to lure people into reading it to see wtf was going on. Sadly I never had money for comics so I mostly only saw the covers.
