Poor Ron /= He really did figure out these crimes were connected, someone was impersonating the employees to commit the crimes, one of the ways _to spot_ the killer, AND where it was hitting next. He was brave enough to go after it on his own but woefully unprepared and he died for it T___T Pour one out for Ron 😔

You guys don't seem to realize that the last episode was all about siblings. Responsibility, loneliness, loyalty. Did the grandmother really choose to go with her sister JUST to protect her granddaughter? She didn't seem unhappy in the last scene where they were together as little girls again. And now that we have an idea how ghosts are created, from the episode where a reaper warned Dean that he was on the path to becoming one, what does that mean for this one? What DOES it mean that the house she was attached to would be destroyed? Why did she no longer seem to care, now that she had someone to stay with her? Ya'll seem to think that these "monster of the week" episodes are a kind of filler, but they're not. Each one contributes to the overall plot in one way or another, by adding to the lore, changing the way the brothers think, and setting the stage for future events. It was no mistake that Sam and Dean had that conversation about Dean promising to kill Sam if he turns into smth bad in THIS particular episode, where a sister DOES turn into smth bad, and in the end, her sibling chooses to stay with her. And what just happened in Croatoan, guys? Dean chose to not kill Sam, but instead to stay with him until the end- to die with him. And what happened in "In My Time Of Dying?" Dean was in danger of becoming an angry ghost because he couldn't bring himself to leave his family or stop trying to protect them. And in these last few episodes, Sam has been viewing himself more and more as a potential threat, to the world and to Dean, one which he needs Dean to promise he will defend against. It all goes together, guys. There are deeper themes at work here, and each episode is building up to smth greater. You need to stop dismissing episodes as good or not just depending on how much badass fighting there is or obvious relation to the overall mystery of Yelloweyes. Think a little more deeply or you're going to miss things!
