Old Dean was played by Chad Everett. He was a very popular/famous actor with a career spanned 50 year, starting back in the 1960s. He did an excellent job of channeling Dean.

This is one of those episodes where the guest stars are all excellent. Chad Everett who played the older Dean did a wonderful job making us believe he was really old Dean. Hal Ozsan played Patrick, the male witch. He's had a long career playing many tv roles. Oddly enough, he and Jensen both played reoccuring characters in the same season of Dawson's Creek, although I don't think they ever had any scenes together that I can recall. Pascale Hutton played the female witch (she's mostly known for Hallmark channel movies and tv shows now). You really feel for them both at the end when she decides she doesn't want to be immortal anymore.

One of my favourite episode mainly bcoz of the actor who played that witch guy. Damn he was a good actor . And also the man who played Dean nailed it. I felt so sry for Bobby in this. He is such an amazing character 😍

11:15 I like that scene. It shows that Patrick lets people win when they deserve it. Hesh living long enough to see his granddaughter’s bat mitzvah is very kind and worth it. Whereas Bobby was selfish and undeserving.
