I love this one. So funny. The movie you were thinking of when two people decide to meet up, is An Affair to Remember. They decide to meet on the empire state building. It is also referenced in the movie, Sleepless in Seattle.

It's always nice to get a Charlie episode.. Dean does love the dress up game.. especially if there's going to be fighting in the outfit. Ya think you're laugh crying now.. wait until you get to the gag reel for this season.
