He wouldnt be good, hes only good at slow games like ultimate, he doesn't really have the skill to be good at competitive games , his characters were pretty good in ultimate till other people learned the game and exposed him but if he started a game like this he would get absolutely washed, he could probably get into something like call of duty or mario party or something but i doubt well see him play rivals, at least in my opinion

This was looking like such a good game to get into until I saw Kragg stalling at the end there, as a Smash player the main reason why I would switch games is to get away from stallers, so to go into another game where stalling is a good strategy? no thank you.

skill issue, it's not even that good of a strategy here, the only reason stalling is good in Melee is because stalling is literally broken, it's a result of poor development, here you can easily find a way around an opponent's stalling if it even has one.

@@curse5697 "Skill issue" is the worst argument that exists because it doesnt provide anything, you could play at TAS level speed and people will still say that. As valid as it is, as broken as it is, stalling is a lame strategy in any competitive game, specially for the spectator, I'll never take anything away from competitors who win using these methods, like I said, it is a valid option, but I as a player, will never get into a competitive game where I have to deal with that shit (as a player, because as spectator I can simply skip those matches)

A bit disappointed with how this looks. It seems like it's impossible to string anything at low %. A lot of stray hits makes every fight seem a bit too scrappy. The fights really do excel at higher %, though. It's a massive gameplay swing so it's a bit jarring to watch. I hope they tweak some things so it doesn't just look like a stage control fight for 60% of the match

Snide answer: Is Star Fox mostly for furries? Is Pokemon mostly for furries? Are Hollow Knight or Ori mostly for furries? Are Melee Fox mains furries? Actual answer: No. The game is mostly for people who love platfighters like Melee and PM. It offers a lot of stage control elements and complex interactions which aren't found in most other platfighters. *SECONDARILY*, the characters are all animals or animal people in a cohesive world. So yeah, it'd be disingenuous to say it doesn't draw furries. But I'd say less than half of the playerbase is in the fandom.
