I really like the concept of combining dumbbell strength with bodyweight exercises. If you con't have time to do all at once, try some in the morning and the rest later on!

I was looking forward to this all week and finally just completed it and with 14 lb DBs. I was pretty toasted by the last super set. Tabata never gets old with creative super sets, thanks again Marsha!

When I saw your cover I thought what a nice smile! Now I know what was all about, This one was quite a challenge, I couldn't finish it, but I am still standing! and I will finish it I am glad you found a perfect mix of your voice and nice energetic and motivating music, plus you were following the bit of the music. Good news I lost the muffin and gain 3 kg of muscle, Thanks to your routines with timer and with this aggressive Tabata i am going to gain a more strength and more solid ABS. Have a great day!

2nd time doing this workout and I was able to do the walking plank frogger move the whole 20 seconds through each round! Hallelujah thank you Lord and Marsha. I find that to be the hardest move in this workout and usually can't get through the full 20 seconds but today I said yes I can and I did, just humbly celebrating that small victory with a happy dance today💃💃💃lol

Great workout...tough and challenging...loved all the combo moves! Thank you! Are total body workouts with dumbells as effective, at least 3 times a week, for strength building as say a single day focusing on just arms or legs two times a week for each? I am a busy mama and just want to keep my muscles, bones and metabolism strong. Typically I try to do two strength workouts a week with dumbells and cardio the other days and I like to do a variety of things.

As long as you're lifting a weight that's challenging, I think total body workouts are even more effective than isolated ones. You challenge so many more muscles at the same time, which is how are bodies are designed to function. Training this way also places a bigger demand on your system which helps keep you leaner at the same time! Thanks for reaching out and getting sweaty with me! :)

I do appreciate pilates however i would have rather had the more challenging supersets right through till the end. Last superset felt like a cooldown.

Maybe use heavier DB so by the time you reach the last superset, so it is harder. I used 14 lb DBs and I appreciated the flutter kicks as a mini breather because the side plank leg raises were hard after all that. Also, you could use ankle weights for more of a challenge.
