Ugggh! I thought I’d subscribed to you already! You’re amazing! I’ve been doing your kettlebell workouts for a couple of months and I look and feel great! You’re looking so good, too! I can see your transformation from doing the intermittent diet. You look super lean! That’s next on my list. You mentioned you are 50; I’m almost 48 and I feel healthier than ever! I cheated using Phentermine a couple of years ago. It worked extremely well but I didn’t like the way it made me feel (anxious and moody) so kettlebell workouts were the best alternative! I’ve always been a fitness freak but got lazy from 41-46. Sorry for the long comment! I’m just happy to see someone my age who may be on a similar journey! So rare! Anyways, thank and appreciate you for taking the time to make your awesome videos!

How much weight are you using? May have missed that at the intro. I don’t have kettlebells, assume dumbbells work too? I’m turning 50 this year & sure hope I can even get close to how good you look. Girl, you are cut!

Thanks! You can usually find how much weight I'm using in the description (if I forget to mention it in the intro). :) I'm using a 20 lb KB in this one. Makes it pretty challenging!
