I know he was upset by it only being 2 pounds but those 2 pounds really had him looking healthier. I can’t wsit for an update! Emma was a pleasure too. I love how respectful they treated each other. @@skydragon84 I actually didn't exercise all that much, I only did some light workouts by this youtuber called Emily Wong. Most of the weight loss happened when I started eating less carbs and more protein + started doing Intermittent fasting. Terry Evans I swear I understand boys being into solely skinny girls, I understand people don’t find this attractive , I understand it’s not healthy but fat and obese people really deserve appreciation. Yeah, I know to skip at least 5-10 minutes in. The whole "duh-duh-DUUUUUUHHHHH the fat fatherland ...*gasp*!" thing is old. We're all being poisoned and dumbed down into eating junk, which chemically manipulates our bodies to eat more and more because it is designed to literally be addicting. Yes, it's bad, but people have to learn about things and take control of their food. The guy in this story could be thin as a rail and still drop dead of a heart attack at 45 because of his dreadful diet, so he's a little hypocritical wagging his finger at the lady about portion sizes. I felt terrible for the American granddaughter going into the fridge and it's nothing but labeled boxes and packages - nothing fresh and green.

I think really what happens is people have been trained to think it is cheaper to eat junk. Where I'm from a 2 pack of hot pockets are between 2.50-3.50 and a bag of apples ranges from 3.00 to 6.00 depending on what type and the amount in the bag. Numbers wise yes the hot pockets appear to be the less expensive item BUT if you look at the amount of food you get you're getting that 2.00 gets you 9 ounces of food when you buy hot pockets Vs 3.44 which gets you three pounds of food when you buy the apples.

@@tanner5718 I grew up DIRT poor and we very rarely ate junk honestly. I could never figure out why when it was supposed to be the cheapest option and then I moved out and hit the grocery store. Didn't take me long to see that the junk was crazy expensive and not filling. It's not hard to see why people are ending up with 4000 calories a day on that stuff! And often times there's one kid who eats less and is skinny and they are worried over and thought to not be getting nutrition. Like watching what you eat is a bad thing. this man lifts daily and doesnt have any muscle. just goes to show food's effect is much stronger then you'd think.

Lmao. You gotta eat big to get big! Lifts weights and eats nothing 😂🤣 It's extremely unhealthy to workout/train when not eating enough. He'd be better off just sitting on the couch.

Food is essential to build muscle and repair muscle, he's basically just shrinking his muscles each day

Ironically, that's sort of happened a few times. Some of these young guys could happily eat a big meal if it was put in front of them. They just didn't want to cook or pay for takeout and would just eat crap instead.

What Emma is describing in her intro is a proper food addiction. Food is always on her mind, she plans her day around it etc. Swap "food" with "drugs" and he would be a proper junkie.... I wish the best for her! Hope she managed to lose a lot of weight!!
@annnee6818 Жыл бұрын
Yes. Food can be an addiction too and addiction is a proper illness that needs lots of support to combat. There's all sorts of reasons for people to always feel hungry. Hypothalamus dysregulation, Prader Willi syndrome and others😢

What irritates me the most is that almost everyone in this show (obese or thin) eats chips or chocolate as a meal like THAT'S A SNACK!! I'm not from the UK or the US so is that a common thing or what?
@mmmmmhotdogs78044 жыл бұрын
It's common if you're fucking stupid and unhealthy lol

It’s common to have a packet of crisps or a chocolate bar with a lunch

It looks weird because it's on a plate. It's probably normally eaten straight after dinner, or whilst travelling somewhere
