So I think it's fair for Josh to be a little aggravated during this with having to eat alot more food than normal, but he was quite rude. But I think in all this is an interesting idea. They both definetly grew in their opinions of food and how much they need to intake. It definitely supports a change in an unhealthy diet.

Josh’s appetite reminds me of mine a few months ago but our motives were totally different, I was smoking weed almost everyday an didn’t realize that I had a medical condition from smoking pot that’s called CHS (Cannabis hyperemesis syndrome) I am now currently almost 2 months clean an have a functioning appetite again , gained some weight an I feel so clear minded and energetic!!

I have watched many of these and I think this is one of the first time I have actually seem one of the skinny ones to actually try.... yes it was too much for him but at least he tried most of them say especially girls say they can't do it. This has actually helped me as well tbh.... I am not overweight or underweight maybe my size 12/M clothes isn't too bad!!!

I use Celsius for temperature, kilometers for driving, and liters for gas, but I measure human weight in pounds, still measure food with cups and tablespoons, height in feet and inches, and miles when I go running. Sheesh! What a mixed bag!

If you're a man you need to be eating at least 2000 calories a day and you'll lose weight, and if you're a woman you need to be eating at least 1200 calories a day and you'll lose weight. I'm anorexic and trust me dropping below those amounts leads to a lot of bad physical symptoms, I have a heart monitor on at the moment.

Genetics also decide how much acne you get, because diet doesn't matter there either. We're told a lot of lies about what "healthy" looks like.
