I'm 36 and finally just starting to focus on fitness, as I'm a Dad and going to have a second baby soon. I've always followed Tom's content since I think he's hysterical. Mark obviously seems insanely knowledgable, so this is a big win for me. Glad this was in my reccomended feed.

So, I'm an old guy who used to be very strong but bad, bad sh*t happened and I lost all my upper body strength. 25lbs of muscle mass gone, which might not sound like much, but I'm not tall and have always been thin, so it was huge. I've always wanted to climb back in the saddle, but one of my problems is a bad case of degenerative disc. Some of this stuff looks doable...
