My little furry girl died yesterday and it hurts a lot. When I've gone through some bad times over the past 14 years it was nice to know my dog would give me unconditional love when I got home. Our dog was family. I just thought I'd share a bit of pain that I'm currently dealing with.

Sorry to hear man. That really sucks. The first month is really hard and those that love hard, will find it always to be hard. I’ll never get over mine and don’t want too. Dogs for me are more important than any family member and those I love. They are people too, they are just different versions of us. Remember all the good times you shared and continue to go to all the places you took him for a walk. I do this and it brings me happiness

Sorry to hear this dude, it's so heartbreaking, I lost my Bully last year and it hit me so damn hard. Taking our walk we always did together for the first time without him I broke down in tears. They are family whether they arent human. There isnt a day since I lost my pup I don't think about him. The pain is still there but by focussing on the good times and how much of a good life your dog had helps. Now when I think of him I smile more than getting sad.

I had to put my little cat Charlie down 2 days ago. She was my first pet. This was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I miss her so much. Sending love. I hope you’re doing better than yesterday. ❤️

You do not have to select pain as your mode of interpretation.

I’ve learned that I do not need to be sad. Just because something is harsh or difficult doesn’t mean it owns me. I get to choose and so do you. You can choose how you feel. Just change the song that’s playing.

I'm really sorry about your brother's death. I know it was years ago, but I'm sure it's still difficult. Everyone should appreciate your candor. I know i do.

I’d say my coping mechanism is avoidance, so in a effort to combat that now when there’s something that I don’t want or feel like doing I immediately just start doing it, the not wanting to get into action I’ve turned into my call to action.

"Id rather be dead than average" - Mike Bell I've watched "Bigger, Stonger, Faster" (2008) Chris Bell, many times. It was a reality check and opened my eyes. Do not take SSRIs. Learn to appreciate the small things. A hot shower. Hot food.

One year ago yesterday, my older sister unexpectedly died at the age of 41. 2 weeks later, my father took his own life, and 4 weeks after that, my twin brother suffered a blood clot in a lung and passed. 3 of my closet family members in 6 weeks.

I want fitness influencers to start showing people how to get healthcare for the cheapest, all these dudes on steroids got 10 doctors and I haven't been to a doctor in 20 fucking years!!! I need one!! That's a niche! Fitness influencers that can show you how to navigate the healthcare system without breaking the bank!!! Millions of views for that!
