Very interesting Captain. If you compare the pictures of "Mad Vlad" on your video with current pictures being shown on news channels there is a marked difference. To my eyes he has a slightly crazed look now or perhaps it is the onset of dementia. Either way I would imagine that he is not particularly popular among his oligarch mates so he would do well to watch his back.
