• Up to 52% of the general US population takes supplements.
(Kantor ED, et al. Trends in dietary supplement use among US adults from 1999-2012. JAMA 2016).
In summary:
1. Check Vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin D, and B6 levels.
2. It's advisable to take a daily multivitamin, especially if you're not eating well.
3. Follow MIND or Mediterranean diet. I prefer MIND diet.
4. Be careful with Dr. Google and how you get the information online. Follow your doctor's recommendation, they are usually trained to interpret the data.

I use magnesium theonate and mega benfotiamine for my PD. I also take B-12 because PD depletes that vitamin. You do not seem to be up on latest Information.

And you sir, should read up on Parkinson's and Blood brain barrior disorder to see why taking these vitamins and enzymes are useless with those suffering Parkinson's.
