Although I don't believe in a higher power myself, I believe that faith truly inspires people to work hard, be disciplined and give back. Too often, Christianity is thought of as highly conservative people in Southern States, when the religion is so much more than that with I believe around 2 billions people worldwide. I've watched a lot of Jeremy Lin's videos in the past week because they really inspire to work hard in the face of struggles like he did year after year being underrated because he was Asian, both in the collegiate scene and the NBA. Ironically, the NBA are 90+% African Americans, one would think they would be more sensible to discrimination due to their unfortunate history of oppression. I'm one of the belief that actions speak louder than words, and if Mr. Lin is going around inspiring people and talking to his fans in Taiwan, I think him sharing his faith is a good thing as that's how he was able to discipline himself and work hard, the catalyst for his success.

At an early age I loved sports, and as I grew up I wondered how I could serve my God in and through sports or athletics. Then someone showed me a verse, “Therefore, whether you eat or drink whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God” 1 Corinthians 10:31 This was and still is my favourite verse, and now I give everything for soccer or any other athletics for God. I appreciate how you are open to the public about your faith and I will continue to pray for you, not only your success but for your physical, mental, social, personal, and spiritual health. he is going to be super healthy when the season starts but honestly its been so long since he was in a serious competitive game. The great PGs are great because they had so many great games. In comparison Jlin had so few :( which sucks because i and many others are dying to see the revival of Linsanity. IMO the most entertaining playmaking seen from a guard under Steph Curry.
