If he signed the birth certificate it does not matter. He is legally the parent and must see to the responsibilities and obligations thereof. That's why it's so important to never sign a birth document unless you are 100 percent sure it's yours. The State will always side with whatever benefits the child the most, regardless of truth or circumstance. They will not care about your feelings on the matter, if it is objectively better for the child to have you as a parent (on papper if nothing else) they will try their best to work against you. Women get away with tricking men into signing documents all the time for this reason. They know that worst case scenario they will get child support out of it. Even if it's optained through lies and trickery. Odds are the first kid is his but not the second, he won't sign the birth certificate and she won't get a dime. This woman is triffling in the extreme, litterally telling the judge she intended to rope him into paying more child support, she does not work, has no problems lying or taking advantage of others and does not seem to have much in the way of morals or personal responsibility. Her only redeeming feature is that she seems to care at least a little bit about her kids. He's a liar and an idiot, she's a liar and an asshole. Judge put it right the first time : they're the perfect storm.

Woman who was once faithful gets pregnant and proceeds to have raw sex with her SO so she can build the narrative that the child was his. Another incident is where a man had sex with a woman using a condom, he discarded the condom - But after he left the woman took the condom and inseminated herself with it and the guy was on the hook for child support once she filed.

Watching my husband go through this CS system I decided to pay attention. He started off paying moneygram and the minute we got together she told everyone he was deadbeat and withheld the child. He was ordered to pay over 1k a month and she still withheld visitation. I knew it would be a constant battle; so he petitioned for custody. Mom ran took child we found her a yr later & three years of court and spent over 60k. She filed CS cases in three states. Husband was depositing checks to her account since she hid address and knew we had a private investigator looking for child. As much I hate court. Go ahead and put yourself on support early it's easier and you won't have to prove you're not a deadbeat later. Luckily the last court case in the state of GA where mom resided ordered a GA to investigate. We now have child and funny mom doesn't want to pay a dime in support for her own son she screamed 1k was not enough. There are deadbeat mothers also so this has opened my eyes.

There's no problem with paying child support. The problem is that men shouldn't be stripped of custody or blocked for visitation if he wants to be involved in the kid's life and there should be measured to ensure the father knows how the money is spent.

I have my bf in court right now.. our son nearly died three times he is now with a illeostomy and his colon is 8 inches outside his stomach since he is 1.. he is 4 now and I have been struggling trying to work and can't afford a nurse I work some days on and off because he needs me and I have to leave him to work to make sure he eats and stay healthy and live and I cry all the time. He leaks and gets messy I'm always cleaning and my son father is out partying and it hurts that he doesn't even give me anything more than 1 tin of milk 2 boxes of cereal and 3 small packs of wipes... I don't sleep I'm tired but I love my child ..he doesn't care..damn I'm crying writing this. Because I need help ... it's hard

(PLEASE READ) Also I wanted to say... I am happy that I came across your channel... My daughter who is 13 now was kept from me from her dad no matter what the court papers say no matter how many times I called or just showed up with my mom and lawyer ... It seemed everything went his way.. I was lost this starter when I was 21 years old I’m 30 now and just recently got my daughter back ... and the things my daughter and I had to endure even more abuse my daughter was raped by her dad in (2012-2013) and then he called dcf on me and filed a false report that I MOLESTED my daughter when she was 6 years old and had just went back to her dads before he started keeping my daughter from me... He called and filed at least 15-20 false reports on me.. I now as an adult have PTSD, SEVERE ANXIETY (as my families lives and my life was threatened multiple times by my daughters father and his family.... my daughters father had dropped her off to me one weekend when he needed to go get his fix.. well he left her there never called or came to get her so I enrolled her in school in my area and told him he never contacted me about what he was going to do.. so Halloween of 2013 he showed up at my daughters school and was taking her out of school and was not going to tell me.. well the cops let a 6 year old choose and of course she was and is terrified of him so she went with him.. it hurt me so bad.. anyway there is a lot more to my story and I cannot type it all right now!!! But I proved my innocence by keeping all the court documentations and even though I live in Pennsylvania, I received a call on FaceTime in 2018 that my daughter had been living with one of her friends from school and hadn’t heard or seen or received any money for food or clothes from her dad in a month ... so I sent $800 and when my daughter called me I called dcf and my daughter was taken from her friends house and placed in foster care.. I as her mother called dcf and asked why she was put in foster care they said because I had molested my daughter... so they went from 2013-2019 till anyone told me my name was on that paperwork so at that point I pressed the courts and dcf to get my child rightfully with me. I know this is a story I am writing but this is real and really did happen to me I have 9 years of court papers and that is what saved my life... I went to every court date and I live in pa and the court was in Florida. So I flew down to fl every court date and he lived in the same county as the court house and never showed up once...so they could not lie detector him so the put my 12 year old at the time on the stand and she looked the judge right in his face and told the judge that I DIDNOT MOLEST HER BUT HER DAD DID.. so I made dcf put in for a placement with me now I have sole custody of her... he was never charged for anything he did and pretty much just Got all 4 of his kids taken by the state.. he falsified his drug test with water and food coloring (I got papers from tHe court stating this.. ) he also made my daughter eat raw meat and when dcf finally stepped in and she was in foster care she was tested for worms and had worms from eating raw meat and grass.. the kids had to sneak food because if they were caught eating they would get beat.. my daughters father went as far as calling police and falsely reported that I had called him and told him that if he didn’t come get my daughter that I would kill myself and my 2 kids ... police came to my house went through my messages and physc. Evaluated me in front of my entire neighborhood and the police said that I was obviously telling the truth and they left.. the reason I’m writing this is because I have not talked to anyone about this and it’s hard for me to deal with.. even to this day even though she’s in pa with me and he’s in prison for 3-5 years because he kidnapped his current girlfriend and her kids and burned them with cigarettes... this man is very dangerous and is a heroin and meth addict and I fear for the day he gets out because he threaten to burn every one in my families houses down while we all sleep.. he stalked me harassed me and literally got away with it... I’m furious he had the audacity to make a false report that I molested my child when he was the one and that’s y he kept her from me .. so she couldn’t say anything to me about what he was doing to her... I fought for 9 years never gave up once and finally because his lawyer read my paperwork (the first person in 9 years to read any evidence I had for my case ) she went to my lawyer and said that I was not lying that I was the one telling the truth and from that moment on my daughter got to come home .... I was threatened by dcf that if I didn’t come to court I would be arrested but he didn’t show for not 1 and he got a slap on the wrist... I’m on medication due to everything ive been through and Shannon Blake a supervisor for dcf was very rude to me told me I abandoned my child and because of the meds I’m on I’m not safe for her ... well Shannon Blake no longer works for dcf because she let my child’s fathers girlfriend pretend to be me in court and the girlfriend said that my child can go with her dad so that was another obstacle I had to overcome it was easy the judge knew that the person that said it was ok didnot look like me or sound like me so they let her. Come with me ..... this family that did this to me and my daughter are still out there yea the dads in jail for kidnapping and burning his girlfrind , but what about everything me and my child have to deal with because of him his family and their lies... he wasn’t rewarded with child support when he had her because I told the judge if he will not allow me to see her or be in her life that I would not give him a penny.. so he got laughed out of court a few times but me and my daughter need closure we struggle everyday with this .., you seemed like the right person to tell

My son had 1 child. His wife had a child from a previous marriage, and was getting child support from that father. When they went to support court, the judge charged my son for 2 kids, even though the child wasn't his, didn't use his name, and was already receiving support from his bio father. When son married 2nd time, they had 1 child, divorce and go to support court. He told the judge he already had one child and a step-child he was supporting, and could not pay what she was asking (it was over the accepted percentage in this area). Judge says too bad, and he got reamed again. She's getting support, yet she has every single bill for that child sent to my son, refuses to pay anything herself. Calls my son every time the kid needs a new pair of shoes or anything else. She even planned a birthday party in an expensive venue, didn't allow my son or any of our family to attend, and sent him the bill for $200!
