Never wanted to reduce my CP payment this whole time, but it needed to be done temporarily at least. I'm alienated and ostracized from my daughter by a manipulative narcissistic control freak with a bigger bank account than mine. Bottom line I was told to kick rocks and they squeezed what little MORE they could out of me. Put my family in some hard times and current pay still isn't what it used to be. AG suspended my work license and couldn't renew vehicles registrations for getting behind over 6mo worth of payments. They didn't take in account I was paying what I could every month, but it just wasn't enough. Had to take out a loan just to get back on track.. What my mother didn’t know was that the judge that day had a background in early childhood education and teaching children with developmental delays. The judge asked “I beg your pardon?” To which my mother had the gumshoe to make her demand again. And that’s when she realized her mistake. My mom got screwed that day. My dad paid for my portion of the camp on his own accord because I loved it so much, and he saw it made me happy. My mom paid for my brother to attend so he wouldn’t be at home by himself. Blaine Street Hi there! Thank you for your question. I’m torn on that issue. I think where the money goes should be on the children only; however, I’m not sure how I feel about the government “tracking” the parent’s spending. Further, if it’s found that the parent isn’t spending the money on the child, how would the court handle it? Just my thoughts. It just seems a bit intrusive to me.

So we’re going to ignore the fact that the father said he doesn’t like his kid because he doesn’t like football and the judge basically said ‘yep, valid reason for not liking or spending time with a kid you created’???? Like wtf???

That bit about 'football' verses 'cheerleading' at the end shed a little light. Based on what he said, he thinks his son is too feminine or that his ex is raising him not to be manly enough - if he's being mean or cruel to his son because he thinks he's too girly, THAT is a problem, and the mom has every right to be mad about that.
@buri81663 жыл бұрын
