I love the endless oracle deck and this tarot & all expansions are absolutely stunning. I will never not remember the first time I happened upon his oracle and the feelings that came over me. I had goosebumps looking through the deck cards and I felt such a connection, so I ordered them right then & there that night and when I finally held them I can’t begin to express how powerful that deck is for me. One of my absolute favorite oracles and I’m absolutely backing his 2nd edition tarot when I get a little extra coin to splurge on myself. Eric’s work and his oracle is truly just an experience that needs to be had.

I love this deck. It's so cool that the bishop in the High prieatess is set up to take out the king behind her and win the game...knowledge is more powerful than force. In addition to his lovely art I really like it when decks put a new take on the card meanings. All the allusions to mythical stories add depth. Such a great deck!

I’m so excited to see your perspectives on this deck. I’ve wanted this deck since it was first released and can’t wait to be able to get it. His artwork is fantastic. I have the Lenormand and love it. I love that it’s truly neutral and he finds lovely ways to depict things in a non gendered or more androgynous way. And how refreshing to see an empress card that’s not a pregnant woman. I’m so sick of that imagery. I also love that the emperor is well matched and not the typical negative toxic male stereotype that seems to not be related to the empress at all. The deck feels like it dives into the meanings at their core without the dated references or negative or positive aspects. All the cards are positive and difficult both, depending on the context. It’s lovely how he weaves in all these different stories and times and animals and people and the whole of the human experience in a really seamless congruent way. Such a successfully done deck. Thanks for sharing this with us!

Thank you for this -- I backed this deck, but your walkthrough has led me to add both tarot expansion packs to my pledge. There are definitely some swaps I'll be making in terms of cards I will use; thanks for this detailed look at everything. I added the guidebook too (which comes as a PDF for everyone, but the paper copy is extra). His oracle guidebook is fantastic.

Thanks for a fantastic deep dive, Lisa. I have the first edition of this deck, I found it through Etsy from Eric’s Etsy shop. At the time there was no book, the book came out later, so I purchased the book separately along with the first expansion pack. It is such a fantastic deck and I have not seen any videos or walkthroughs for it. Funny, I had just pulled it out two days ago to work with it for this fall season, the colors are very muted and so feel perfect for this time. Putting my deck in order I compared it with your version, there are a couple of cards that are different in the first edition. The king if Wand f.e is a stag with a crown above the head, 3 and 4 of cups are slightly different. The cups suit is really what captured my interest, the six of cups in particular, and made me purchase the deck.

I have the first edition and love it, and I'm a backer of this one. Lisa, I always enjoy these videos. I always end up taking notes because I learn so much from your analysis and interpretations of the cards. Thank you. BTW - I have very bad arthritis in my hands so here is a note on shuffling. I can't riffle shuffle at all, and even hand over hand is tricky. I use 2 methods: the officially titled "big messy pile" or just dividing the deck randomly into 7 piles.

Dang it! I had already seen this deck and planned to back it. I’m lucky enough to have a second job where I can work as many hours as i choose. If I want a new deck I have to work the extra hours to pay for it. Your video has cemented I want he most expensive option - both expansions and the guidebook. Time to get to work!
