@@dethvyper3136 Exactly our elections weren’t called rigged only since Trump before him someone lost they respectfully took their loss and congratulated the winner. He has ruined that but I don’t only blame him his followers are fine with it. They love spreading the hate. Sad America was good pre Trump….. We agreed to disagree… He wants to be a dictator his followers are fine with it because they are already there in mind. Your right America the free is of old….

Still, the fear will loom in the air. Biden could take advantage of these powers and who knows, do the wrong thing. I said "could". I seriously doubt he'd do anything unconstitutional but you know what they say, power drunkens (is that a word?) some people....

We only need to view the lack of freedoms in autocratic countries and in the history of authoritarian leaders for a glimpse into how citizens live(d). Hitler's Germany, Mussolini's italy, Putin's Russia, Xi's China, Diaz Canal's Cuba, Orban's Hungary, Stalin's Soviet Union and Jong Un's North Korea.

So, translated...social media companies are government-controlled publishers, NOT public platforms. That's the only way this ruling isn't unconstitutional. The ONLY speech that remains free is that which is spoken by mouth, out loud, or written on privately-owned, privately-held signage. Got it.

Maybe it should be the other way. Social media cannot be bias, the fact that there are questionaires and polls that make suggestions to pull peoples emotions, the social media grops should suspend from any questionaires and ads that target voters and supporters, its all a gimmick for the opposite side to get information on locality and numbers

Now the Presidency needs a Duty Statement so that it can be determined what actions are protected "official business" and which are not. Criminal actions cannot be considered immune "official business." All claims of immunity for questionable and criminal actions will have to be resolved in court, with the courts determining if the President's actions were "official business" or not. The SCOTUS decision is not a free pass for all Presidential actions. And now, the DOJ will have to charge a sitting President for criminal actions so that the courts can respond. Waiting for the end of a term can no longer be tolerated.

I pay taxes and vote, so I think I have the right to say that the high court no longer represents the will of the people. Certain interpretations on our documents that are supposed to be the embodiment of our will are what's represented. In other words, the court is deciding that our way of life must go their way and only their way. I pray for my country.
