🙏 I am watching for the first time Supreme Court..celebrating Indian Independence ..just remarkable one.... Honourable CJI... starting lines itself were so inspiring. Thank you from bottom our hearts to this one Celebration of our 78th Independence Yes, sir....we India reached milestone in all entity...This celebration shows unity of Indian Judiciary System....it will set an example for other Nation. To Honerable CJI of SCI i . HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY. As we remember and celebrate the INDEPENDENCE of India, kindly do remember the sacrifices made by the Freedom Fighters of India and the contribution and suffering of the Families of Freedom Fighters . Some are live but many of them are not , but along with Freedom Fighters their families/ DNA,s suffered great by untimely demise / death of their Freedom Fighters Sons and Daughters. But sorry to bring your honor the suffering still the families of Freedom Fighters Struggle are living in agonies and till date the DNA,s of Freedom Fighters families in India have not been rewarded the honor/ fruits of Liberation. We see every other Classes of SC, ST, OBC , Politicians / Suppoters , Corporates , Film Stars, Sportsman, NGO,s , and many other who were never part of FREEDOM STRUGGLE are beneficiary EXCEPT the Families of Freedom Fighters . Is the Natural Law of Justice my Lord ? Kings / Politicians/ Reservations class / Corporates has Rights for their Next Generation and the families who directly contributed for Freedom of India are deprived of their very Fundamental Rights / previlages. Rich are becoming Super Rich and wealthy on the soil or land which is liberated by the sacrifices of Freedom Fighters and support of Families/ DNA,s . We care for Lion and imported Tiger species and spent crores at the cost of Nation but the DNA,s of Freedom struggle have no Rights in Constitution nor anywhere in any State and Nation. Is the true picture of National Justice. You honor, You brainstorm with the so called intellectual class of Judiciary / selfish vote Politicians, go beyond vote politics and make sure our Freedom struggle is not in vain. We fill it is time to go in for Second Freedom and we as SON N DNA OF FREEDOM FIGHTERS appeal you to take Sumoto case and give Justice, based on Natural Law of Justice. If no pass / recommend / force Goi to take away our land from Corporates/ Rich class / A1, A2 , T1 ,B1 Corporates / Goi Corporates and give back our Ancestral Rights or National all the Corporates properties with 51% share to the Families of Freedom Fighters / DNA,s. OR NATIONALISE ALL PVT N PUBLIC CORPORATES, OR GIVE COMPULSORY RIGHTS OF 51% RESERVATION OF IN ELECTION AND AT ALL THE GOI AND PVT UNDERTAKINGS. THESE ARE OUR BIRTH RIGHTS AND NO ONE CAN DENY IT. JAI HIND , JAI FAMILIES OF FREEDOM FIGHTERS OF INDIA AND THEIR DNA,s. 🙏

Change the Indian Justice System! First change this 3rd class justicial culture, Why does this lawyer always call the judge 'Lord'? Is he God? Why do lawyers always stand in front of the judge while arguing? They can do it sitting as well, right? The arguing lawyer can be made to sit on both the left and right sides and the argument can be done. The British used to do this with us, they considered themselves superior to us. I always feel bad seeing this aspect of the justice system.Indian justice system now needs change. The person who gives justice should not be given the status of God. This useless British colonization culture

Creamy layer is not the subject in the last SC ST internal Reservation case eventhough Supreme Court made comments on creamy layer, ratherthan this issue somany issues are there to comment, regarding untouchability everyday everywhere in India many people practises untouchability why Supreme Court should not file a sumoto case against who practising untouchability as well as against the government.
