We the common people are not getting justice in lower court/district courts. Hon"ble Sir kindly consider it also. I am one of them people who has all strong evidence but not received justice. Hence, justice is zero and nowhere ????

The people referred to her is unlikely to be the common men, unless he abundantly enjoys the benefit of error. This is understandable as he might not have the chance to know the real men struggling to make both ends meet. If just bowing heads in veneration or pushing files mean crores to be out of touch with reality is just! The least he could do is not to make life pretty difficult with vagaries of justice, though it doesn't go to his discredit as the system is ever enabling the strange coexistence of phinominal work culture disowned by one all !

CJI Chandrachud has made Supreme court, Modi Court : petitions on Pegasus dismissed , Petitions on Election Bonds dismissed, Petitions on EVM dismissed etc ,Super Court doesn't find corruption in any work Modi Regime despite massive reports with evidence : Judicial system has lost its credibility due Greed of judges for Post Retirement package, CJI is not exception.

THE PEOPLE'S court dismissed PIL on men facing domestic violence.

1. 83000 cases pending in PEOPLE'S COURT. 2. PEOPLE'S COURT was hardly for people during the years of Emergency. 3. PEOPLE'S COURT'S judges are not even from a rigorous system of meritocracy, they are from a recommendation from "3 PEOPLE" which calls itself the COLLEGIUM. 4. PEOPLE'S COURT takes years to give justice and then says " Justice Hurried is Justice Buried". 5. PEOPLE'S COURT is too busy in taking holidays, no other govt. institution gets such exorbitant amount of holidays as the judges. As if people who are working as legislators and in the executive are slaves and the only one paid through the countrymen's taxes.
