I'm in my RV here in Oregon watching a 80 watt lcd TV load on my 3,000 watt inverter and NOW I know what I've suspected all along!

Most days of the week, because my weekender is off grid (by choice), my inverter uses more electricity than my house does. Five days a week, the only thing in the house using electricity is the fridge, which uses less than 300Wh per day in the summer. I'm aware of the inefficiency of the inverter, however, and manage my power accordingly. Good video. I don't watch all of your videos, but I've subbed because you have some good information.
