Sir...the skills you've mentioned in this video,i can build up all like communication skills, patience, leadership etc or justify myself to be selected as a P.O in front of the interviewers but when it comes to other skills like selling of banking services,how would i answer this if asked in the panel( I am a zoology graduate and this seems to be the biggest bottleneck for me while answering these kind of questions). many people who reached SBI Chariman position started off with B Sc. degrees, a notable example is Arundhati Bhattacharya who was an English Hons. grad. So don't worry, all the banking stuff you need will be taught in the trainings and on job you will learn it. I would not recommend it. Since PO in any bank is almost equivalent. It would make more sense to become Scale 2 or 3 and then switch to SBI in a role like Credit, SME, Forex etc. (These days lateral hires are increasing). I would rather suggest you to try for regulatory exams like at SEBI, RBI, NABARD, NHB etc. that's a better utilization of your time
