Trick 10 - Square Root of a Perfect Square Number

For 7396, 8x9=72, lower than 73.96 so it's 86. Halfway between 8 and 9 use 85^2= 7225, so it's above that. 8^2=64, 9^2=81, 73.96 is over midway
