You could make an entirely different video on the backside bottom turn. You could also tell people when a wave dictates a bottom turn right away and and when you need to pump for speed to get to the shoulder. Most people aren't lucky enough to ride as nice, peeling waves as in that clip. I see so many people bottom turn on closeout and turn themselves into a nasty lip.

Connor, Youre so right! Many of us only get access to crappy 2 second closeouts if the work week grind itself doesnt place a hard limit on developing our bt to top turn combo. Even here in one of the supposed Meccas of Surf in So Cal, more often than not its windy, mushy, crowded and just miles n miles of quick shutting beachies. Btm turns in theory seem deceptively easy but with a lack of a long peeling wave to work out the kinks it remains the one barrier that seperates good surfers from the multitudes of weekend warriors here in our LA/OClineups. Surfing is such a location dependent sport; the "intermediate" surfer from places like Indo, Hawaii, Aus are eons ahead in their turn repertoire vs an "intermediate" from here in soCal. Unless youre a grom that lives mins away and can afford to surf 3x a day, or you enjoy 2~4 hour rt drives to a reef/point, then you most likely need to travel somewhere tropical with a reef/pointbreak setup to get the basic but complex bt to top turn wave read, timing & body mechanics worked out. Many report that by travel they've learned more in 2 weeks vs months, even years at their home beach break. Frustrating but true…progression is decelerated here but we do have alot of industry and fancy board makes to make us "feel" we are better surfers than we really are in reality. I was blown away by the level of all manner of surfing done by locals in Waikiki vs what you typically see at the majority of LA~OC beaches (except Lowers). In BBall pickup terms, its like being a hotshot from the suburbs that suddenly steps into a court at Ruckers New York and you realize dudes are dunking reverse alley-oops with ease!
