Another great video Noel! I worked out that I'm using the boards natural down the line speed to do my turns not so much the drive from the fins, it's probably because im more of a front foot surfer. I think alot of today's average surfers have similar problem. But I'm trying to correct it and finding twin fins are helping with all the extra drive you get from the bigger fins, and you have to get that back foot over the fins. Love your work, keep it up!

Hey Noel, the footage of your surfing looks really good with both the quad and the twin. I think your work with the fins is paying off.

Sliding tail is all about knowing what kind of turn you're going to be doing, having the speed to do it, and controlling front foot pressure at the right point of the turn. At least with standard thrusters, and pretty much any standard thruster is gonna allow it. Lower entry, higher tail rockered boards lend themselves to this even moreso and I've found for whatever reason single to doubles as well.

It's all about having the speed, knowing your turn, and front foot pressure applied at the correct moment while unweighting the back foot. No rocket science there.

Hey Noel quick question, I have heard a few times about using small fins in bigger days with a pin tail, whilst bigger fins (by giving more lift) are better on smaller days. You hear JJF and Pyzel talk about it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fnO0f32lnthra6s I cant remember what video it was but I think kelly mentions this too at some point, whats your take on that?
@surfnshowreviews77773 жыл бұрын
I agree... I used to ride a Large fin in 1-5' surf to maximize drive through turns and then scale down to a medium fin in bigger waves (6-8'+) to help control my board at high speeds. Surfing bigger waves with smaller fins will help the rails, fins, and tail to work together. The smaller fins enable the rail and tail stay engaged as a larger fin can create lift and disengage the rail and make it difficult get the board to settle down through turns.

Hi. I wanted to point out that shipping quotes on intl shipping in your store are crazy. There's no reason why a t-shirt (with 25$ cost) will take extra 40$ !!! To ship... I understand you are using a platform for this that you do not control but if you want intl sales then sending a single t shirt over seas cannot cost more than 15$ tops. There are plenty platforms out there that will give you that... Maybe you guys should switch... Just my 2 cents. You are probably missing out on many customers... Thanks
@surfnshowreviews77773 жыл бұрын
Cheers for your feedback. For us to ship a set of fins or T-Shirt through USPS to most countries outside the USA cost roughly $32-$40. We know it’s expensive and we are missing out on sales due to high shipping cost but for now it’s better than not offering our products overseas at all to our community. Sorry...
