I once surfed in freezing cold crunching on ice with every step, two wet suits on, perfect lefts through the pier, sun just coming up and nobody but me in the water sliding down next to the curl. laughing how I wasn't at school but enslaving a memory on my mind that I can see even today at 71 years old.

Great Video We Surf out here in Canada in the Winter. We get some pretty good swells due to our harsh winters. But once you step out of the water you get icicles on your wetsuit.

I traveled to south africa to surf by myself and lived there for 6 months and it was awesomness, i'm just not a big camera person so there's little evidence, anyways, made lots of friends met a few bad people and aholes and got better at surfing HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

the only regret i have in life is that i didnt travel the world, surfing and filming it all on video. i so wanted to do it and i thought about it a lot, but always found an excuse not to do it. im way too old now but if you are young and into surfing in a big way, i strongly recommend you do it as soon as you can, before its too late....NO EXCUSES = NO REGRETS! Just do it!
