Grew up in the 80’s going to Huntington Beach. Always have loved the surf scene. This blog was so cool how you surfed with a legendary surfer and his boards signed etc. So cool. I did some boogie boarding and body surfing from New Port to HB. Next thing I knew, I was in the Air Force in Europe. Never to returned to CA. to get on a board. The new ones like you’re using look amazing that even at 56 yo, I’m willing to try even now so I can say I did before I die. Love your channel thanks!!! Now to get a board and get back to CA. Living in NC now ugh! Awesome channel you have. I’ll have to get to my Aunts house in Oceanside and see if we can get this going before I fade away

Archie and I lived about two blocks from each other in Newport Beach back in the late 90's, I believe, maybe early 2000's. Had the opportunity to see him surf a lot and was just amazed how good he was compared to all the guys getting the magazine love. He still rips and is pushing 50!
