Great video. I know it's weird, but what I wanted to see most was you fight with putting bottom hose on and also the path under and around to the water pump. The diameter seems small for the bottom of surge tank. But I do see it look too small and forced over. It fits perfectly on water pump hover. Thanks

Great video! good job. Is it normal to have bubbles in the surge tank? especially when you just start it up in the morning. I just got a 2013 durastar straight box truck and i recently notice it bubbles whenever the engine is turned on but I don't experience overheating yet....

You can have a few after replacing the tank, It does take a little time to get all the air out. On some trucks like you daystar, some have a air drain cock on the top radiator hose in the steel part. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching and the comments. God bless..
