I have already cancelled my bilateral knee replacement. Actually my surgeon helped me to decide. I have bone on bone knees. I exercise 40 minutes every morning and 20 minutes before I go to sleep. Thanks to you ❤. I feel better than before, and everyday I can feel the difference.👍🙏

This guy is simply the best! I purchased the meniscus recovery program and so glad I did, I can’t thank you enough! There is hope , strengthening the GLUTES is the KEY.

@@ezequiellepera5513 I cannot agree more. I became more stronger after doing glutes. 👍

I had bi lateral scheduled about 10 years ago, but co pay was too high , I couldn't afford it, so I got a gym membership. Background: both acls and mcls and medial cartilage blown out and repaired in the 80s and 90s, 2 acl recons on left, 3 arthroscopies on right. Advanced stage arthritis diagnosed in 2000. Also, ACLs both gone by then. Massive osteophytes to this day. Maybe 10 years ago, could hardly walk or stand. But hit the gym, leg press, leg curls, leg lifts. I like heavy weight but lighter weight hi reps and tread mill and stationary bike were the key. I walk better now and have almost zero pain due to imo, muscle strength and using the joint. Almost a miracle. Still have only about 90 degree angle of flexion in each knee due to osteophytes, but I get by. It took maybe a year to start to get results and ability to walk normally, but it worked. For now at least.

As important as exercise is carnivore diet and bone broth to nourish the joint

So I'm a little confused as to how I can sign up to be able to view all the exercises. I was told I have arthritis in my right knee and torn cartilage in the back of my knee. Physical therapists I went to said their approach was to exercise all the muscles...exactly what this video says is wrong.. I'd like to access the Knee Arthritis recovery program...how do I do that? Thanks

In modern society, where we tend to sit most of the time, glute weakness is an epidemic. My favorite exercise for strengthening them is the glute bridge.

going up steep trails helped me it forces me to use my glutes to get up it, plus the glutestretch using those bands. and a few others. when I do that my mcl doesnt hurt.

After a hard fall 3 months ago, knee still buckles. Ortho will scope meniscus in 3 weeks to stop instability. He doesn't like to do this surgery with such OA in my knees bc knee pain won't stop. But he said not to do TKR first bc you can't walk back from that. Appreciate his opinion. I was expecting TKR surgery. I'm working glutes all the time now to avoid TKR. Thank you.

What if my knee will not even bend to 90 degrees and will not straighten out completely, even if you tried to bend or straighten? My knee never stops hurting, i am unable to walk or stand for even 1 minute and i wear an off loading brace to even get out of a chair. I am given zero pain meds by my doctor.

Have you done the exercise he recommends?
@rosesmith62082 сағат бұрын
@@sylviawilliams9185 it really helps if you focus on glute exercises and working on your feet to help increase arch support, and walking up inclines to force you to use the glutes. it really helps I have had knee troubles for years in my left knee after I injuried it in a door. anyway it is getting better my mcl is getting stronger and not hurting like it used to.

Read the comments of people who have had knee replacement surgery ! Not exactly inspiring 🧐
@Buoyant-m5f25 минут бұрын
@@mikemoore1243 Right, but I think these people are not the most active ones either! When I look at the athletic people that have done a real rehab and put the work into it, they come out very well. That is my opinion based on I have seen and gathered from these people. And I think there is not enough data on the matter. I would rather keep my knee, but this limitation that I am experiencing can not go on.

I wanted to ask how do you protect a mild knee strain of the mcl to walk down steep trails, I go up inclines and walk on level ground I can walk with little pain if any, but when going down stepp trails I find it hard to know how to do it using glutes or hammys to take off the strain of the quads. my knee did not like that hike I did yesterday when I had to go down very steep hills and it aggrevated my alc, the outside of the knee, today it hardly hurts and most of the pain in my legs not the knees, that was a tough trail. when going up the hills my knee did not hurt at all. funny how that works. i forgot to tell you I used by two hiking staffs to help me do down the steep hills, it helped alot
