Another thing that’s become a huge trend lately is quitting alcohol or cutting back on it a lot. I’ve noticed a lot of people in their mid-late 20s and early 30s are going sober life and low key I love it!

Body dysmorphia is a real thing once you start taking the gym seriously!😩 i really would say this all of the time and feel like ppl don’t talk about it enough. When I would take a break from the gym I would be fine but as soon as I had goals and wore tight gym clothes, I felt fatter and more insecure than any other day. Remember it’s all in your head though. Your head will try to pin point and pick on every detail but you are beautiful in every step of your journey 🤍🩷

It seems as though bbls and having a lot of work done is trending out and natural bodies and natural makeup looks is trending in. It kinda makes me happy because it’s just more about being your natural self! As a naturally skinny girl when the bbl, and big boobs ect was trending I felt super insecure because I felt like a real woman is “curvy”. Like men will only desire those women!But that just isn’t true, I had to look within myself and accept who I am. I now love my body, my natural self is my best self! So glad I never went to get any of those procedures done. I was in the process of looking into it even sent pictures for changing my body…I realized though, this will not make me happy but finding love within me will, truly accepting myself! If you feel something missing, it will not be filled with things of this world trying to fill it, you’ll constantly be searching. Beauty standards will forever change, never put your value in something that’s always changing. A woman, looks like many different shapes and sizes and that’s what’s most beautiful and unique! Self acceptance is key to true happiness within YOU. ❤️

Not me coming from Bramty’s video about her removing her implants and Louie mentioning the “clean girl” era. It is crazy watching how everything is changing little by little. But my personal opinion, I think it’s way better to not have things done to your body just because you’re putting your body through traumatic surgery, adding foreign things into your body. Then eating clean is 100% better because a lot of the processed food in America is horrible. It makes you feel sluggish and tired. Definitely love this new era for me.

I had my babies back in 2012 & 2014! We went organic and shortly after vegan. I also started my Organix skincare brand. I got so much backlash from family and friends like “who was I trying to be” “why don’t you add other ingredients in your products, people will buy them more” & today I can say I’m so proud of myself for sticking to ME and who I wanted to be! Health & clean makeup is so in and although I wish I had more clients and people obsessed with my products I’m still so proud of myself and will always continue to build my brand! It’s for my babies, (I have two girls!) they’re my biggest fans and they’re my inspiration to keep going and I believe it’ll be more than I imagined! 🥹🥹🙏🏽✨

Your body can reject breast implants as well. I believe tissue hardens around it which causes pain. Red itchy skin which can lead to hives/swelling

I really don’t care what people do with their bodies. If you don’t like something and have the money, fix it because if I had the money I know I would change things about myself BUT I don’t understand why women get work done, and then have kids. 😫😫 and I I see all these influencers get surgery and then aren’t happy and want more and more and that’s scary. They gain ten pounds and then are like okay I need lipo. I think we all need to know that we all have imperfections and even with surgeries, we are never gonna be perfect. I see a lot of influencers that look like ants. 🐜 there is going overboard.
